Citizen Soldier uses archival footage, interviews, and newly shot material to examine the war in Vietnam from the veterans? point of view, detailing the hate, genocide, and racism that characterized the American efforts there. This is the history of an organization, but it is also the story of committed individuals; the young soldiers who fought, the veterans who threw back their medals of valor, the activists who are now fighting the good fight, against militarism, racism and sexism.
